Late Wednesday afternoon, a week after Pearson last took the president to task, the boy reported that he’d been blocked, and included a screenshot of the message he’d received when he attempted to access the president’s Twitter feed.

Today he posted a screencap captioned, “Well, this sucks”.

“It sucks that the handlers of the leader of the free world find it appropriate to block any American”, he added in a follow-up tweet.

Pearson accused Obama of having an agenda that seeks to reach out to Muslims while refusing to address the calls for violence against police from groups like Black Lives Matter.

The White House says that nobody has ever been blocked from President Obama’s official Twitter account.

“If you think the American people are gonna fall for your little tricks, you’re downright insane”, said Pearson.

The President of the United States is the president of all the people, as Barack Obama has many times said. They lied about Bengazi. “They lied about every issue of importance to the American people”.

But assistant White House Press Secretary Frank Benanti disputed the story.

The teen is an outspoken critic of Obama.

“If I were a Muslim, and I built a clock, would I get an invite to the White House?”

The White House responded to the 13-year-old by banning Pearson from following the president’s Twitter account.
